We want to start by saying thank you all for your patience and understanding during this difficult time. Dauntless Beauty has always believed in the health and safety of its clients and staff. Diana Pollard, the owner of Dauntless Beauty, having a background in Public Health, understands the importance of maintaining a clean and sanitary work station before the introduction of Novel Coronavirus, aka Covid-19. Because of this, we are implementing extra precautions to help prevent the transmission while still providing excellent services to our clients. The beauty of having licensed professionals in our facility is the schooling that is taken prior to becoming a professional. These courses help our professionals to recognize communicable diseases so we can recommend that our clients reschedule for a later time. We’ve even went a step further in extending our knowledge by completing the Barbacide COVID-19 Certification. We understand how eager you are to reschedule your appointments and appreciate your patience tremendously. Please take a moment to read over these changes before booking your appointment. Appointments will only be taken after waivers have been reviewed and signed by client and technician. 1. The only person allowed in the appointment is the technician and client. Please do not bring children, friends or other family with you to your appointment. 2. Please wait inside your car, and your technician will come out to greet you when they are ready. If your appointment time has come up, and you are still waiting, you may text your technician to see if they’re running late. You will not be allowed in until they have released their previous client. 3. Masks will be mandatory for clients and technicians. So please bring your face cover to your appointment to prevent gaining a cancellation fee. If we have masks available you may purchase one for a small fee of $2. 4. Please leave your drinks in your car and any extra bags or sweaters other than your purse. 5. Please use the restroom before or after your appointment. Having these extra changes to the salon shortens the amount of people a technician can see a day. Our schedules will be modified for these changes, and unfortunately, we will not have time to accommodate for restroom breaks. 6. If you are filling ill or have someone in the home who is experiences COVID-19 like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment for another time (2 weeks after recovery). If you are coughing or sneezing due to allergies, please reschedule your appointment until you are no longer experiencing any symptoms. We must treat everyone as if you are contagious. If you become ill, or test positive for COVID-19 and had been seen in the salon within that contagious time frame, please contact the salon immediately. Your temperature will be taken prior to each appointment. This wavier may go through changes as we learn more about the virus and the state of our community. Please be advised that by signing this waiver, you are releasing Dauntless Beauty and the people who work within the salon from any liability should you or a family member become ill.
