Cancellations
Day before: $15 fee will be due and will not go towards next service fee, it must be paid the day of cancelation, before booking a new appointment. If services is less than $15, total cost of service will be due in place of $15 fee. Clients who are scheduled for Ombre or Combo brows will lose retainer fee. One attempt will be made for payment before card on file will be charged. Walk-in Appointments will get a refund minus the $15 plus convenience fee.
Late: 10 minutes late will be a $10 fee. This is only if we have time to still take you. So please be sure to check to see if you’re still able to get in.
No Shows: 10 minutes or more late, same day cancellations, and no warning no show, cards on file will be charged 50% of services scheduled for that day. If the service is less than $30 it will be a $15 fee. Walk-in appointment refund will be 50% minus the convenience fee. If no card is on file or payment is declined, fee and the cost of your next appointment will need to be paid in full BEFORE we schedule your next appointment. After second no-show I will not be able to book you. For Ombré/Combo Brows, card on file will be charge $200 (plus card fee) and retainer fee will be lost.
Change of services: If you have multiple services booked and would like to cancel one, please contact technician at least 2 days in advance. The services you book holds a time slot. If I’m given enough notice I can try to find someone to fill that spot. If you need to add a service, please let us know 1-2 weeks in advance so we can add or move your appointment to accommodate your needs. If it’s something like a lip or chin wax, we can usually add those on the spot. Dropping a service same day, full price of services booked will be charged for that day.
No Children Please: Take some time for yourself guys! This is not a bad thing to do. You deserve to have some uninterrupted pampering time. So please find someone to watch your little ones while you’re here.
Credit Cards on File: If you do not have a credit card on file, we will be setting that up during your appointment. Credit cards will not be charged unless you NO SHOW or you ask me to make the payment through that card. Pease remember there is a convenience fee (5%).
Retainer Fee: For services other than waxing/henna, a retainer fee will be paid through the booking link. Remainder balance on these services will be due in cash. Please read each service carefully for payment and information. New clients for waxing or henna, payment will be due in full (plus convenience fee) through the booking link before approving appointment. Appointments that are booked on the wrong days will be declined. If a slot opens to be added to my clientele list, I’ll post it in instagram stories.
Reschedule appointments for Ombré/Combo only: Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointments once without paying an extra retainer fee if done in a timely manner and cannot be scheduled more than 3 weeks past initial date. Retainer fee may NOT be saved for a later time in the future.
Policies listed above will be enforced even if COVID related or NOT, so please reschedule in a timely manner.
